You did not pre-wire when the house was built. We work with what is there: pulling new drops where we can, using existing line-voltage paths cleverly, adding wireless where it makes sense, and integrating it all through a controller that survives software updates.
Where we can pull new wire
Attics, crawlspaces, basement ceilings, and the path along the inside of exterior walls. Smart guys with snake-fishing and small access holes.
Where we use wireless
Smart switches that talk back over Z-Wave, Zigbee, or Thread when running a new low-voltage cable is impractical. The right switches at the right depths work as well as wired.
Controllers and integration
Home Assistant, Hubitat, Lutron Caséta, Control4 — we will install what fits your skill level for ongoing management. No vendor lock-in if you do not want it.
