Use Case
Home Theater Pre-Wire
A real home theater is a different animal from a TV with a soundbar. Speaker pre-wire (5.1 or 7.1.4 Atmos), in-wall conduit for HDMI runs to a rack location, projector power and signal, lighting on a control scene, and acoustic considerations during framing. We pre-wire theaters during new construction or major remodels.
Speaker layout
In-wall and in-ceiling speakers placed to a real Atmos layout — not just “where the studs were.” We work from the seating position, not the room shape.
Rack location and conduit
HDMI, ethernet, USB-C, and IR back to a rack room or AV closet, with 2″ conduit so future equipment swaps do not require fishing new cable.
Lighting and control
Theater scenes via Lutron, Crestron, or similar — house lights up for intermission, sconces dim for the movie, all on one remote.
