New construction is the only time wiring is cheap. Every drop, conduit, and panel position you plan during framing costs a fraction of what it costs after drywall. We do residential new-construction electrical and low-voltage rough-ins across Weber and Davis County custom builds.
What we handle
Service entrance and panel design, branch-circuit layout, recessed lighting, kitchen and bath spec, low-voltage rough-in coordination with the builder, and a final walkthrough with the GC and inspector.
Coordination with other trades
We work directly with your GC, framer, HVAC, plumber, and finisher so the rough-in lands clean. The biggest waste on builds is electrical and HVAC arguing in the attic — we plan to avoid that.
Inspections under our license
Permits and inspections through our license, not yours. That means warranty stays with us and the work is properly recorded.
