Tenant improvements live or die on the trades schedule. Electrical and data have to land in the right week or the whole timeline slips. We do office TI electrical and structured cabling in-house, so coordination is simpler.
Workstation power and data
Floor boxes, poke-throughs, walls of furniture — we wire to the layout, not around it. Cat6 to every desk, terminated to a patch panel in a labeled rack.
Conference rooms
Power and HDMI/USB-C floor boxes, ceiling AP for guest WiFi, dimming on the lighting, and a clean wall plate for the display. No exposed cable.
Server closet
Proper rack, dedicated cooling consideration, on-prem UPS, and a labeled patch panel. We hand off documentation, not a tangle.
